NAVFAC MIDLANT Awards $29.2M Contract for Regional Fence Maintenance, Construction Services in the Mid-Atlantic Region

NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded Hurricane Fence Co., Richmond, Virginia, a $29.2 million, firm-fixed-price contract for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity regional fence maintenance and construction services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Work will be performed predominantly in the in the Hampton Roads area, and is scheduled for completion by September 2031.

The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, is $29,271,345. Fiscal year (FY) 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current FY.

This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov website, with two offers received.
